Event Name:

Export Documentation & Incoterms Seminar

Event Date:

24th Feb 2021 7:30am-9:30am

Description:

The COVID-19 pandemic remains the primary trade and economic issue affecting New Zealand exporters. There continues to be no formal restrictions on market access for most goods exports, but the global pandemic is placing pressure on global supply chains and in places disrupting trade flows.

Join us to receive information and updates from Mainfreight, Air New Zealand Cargo, New Zealand Customs, IVS, TradeWindow, Ortex Consulting and Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade to hear what support, advice and help is available for exporters trading in 2021.

In this current climate it is important you have the knowledge and understanding of how to get the paperwork right to reduce fees, penalties and charges and enhance productivity in your business with high quality shipping and distribution.  Not to mention getting your product to market in time!

Our presenters will cover:

  • Air freight support
  • International market updates
  • Supply chain
  • Shipments and flow of cargo
  • Trade documentation challenges
  • Incoterms
  • Seller and buyer responsibilities risk around ownership and payment
  • Useful tools and resources
  • Government packages and support

Find out about New Zealand’s response measures to working to keep supply chains open, removing trade restrictive measures, and how they are working to ensure trade and investment flows.

You will be able to ask questions of the presenters tailored to your company needs during our Q&A session as part of this seminar.
