We are pleased to invite you to our face-to-face peer-led event designed to help exporters mitigate the impacts of COVID-19.  This is an opportunity to boost your knowledge, make new and meaningful connections, and come away with fresh ideas to grow your global business.

The conference has been designed so you can join us either in person, or by webinar. This event is exclusively open to exporters and their teams, or those with aspirations to export.

Nicole Robinson
Chief Financial Officer, Syft Technologies Ltd

Nicole is a Chartered Accountant who began her career at PwC in the audit and financial services division, before moving to Westpac, specialising in commercial banking and product development. She spent six years in the banking industry, both here in NZ and in London. While in London she worked in the retail investment arm for Barclays bank and led the VDR on a trade sale for RBS as part of their Government bailout deal.

On returning home to NZ mid-2017, Nicole moved to Christchurch to join the Syft Technologies team as CFO, where she has spent her time navigating the business through major growth and implementing strong business structures. She has enjoyed the change to being a part of the fast paced and dynamic tech industry, and is continuously excited about what Syft has to offer.

Out of the office, you can find her in the outdoors on a mountain, in the ocean or a netball court.


Tristan Roberts
Chief Operating Officer, Ethique

Throughout his time as Chief Operating Officer for Ethique, Tristan and has led multiple strategic imperatives in international capital raising, organisational change, rapid international expansion and scaling manufacturing to meet demand globally.

He is publicly credited by Brianne West, the Founder of Ethique, for taking the company from a small and financially unsustainable business into a highly profitable recognised worldwide cosmetics, home and personal care brand.

Tristan is also a serial investor, self made multi millionaire, who brings many proven years of incubation, investment, entrepreneurial, turnaround management and consulting experience, both operationally and at board level.

With significant worldwide experience within Government, Pharma, FMCG, Technology and Cosmetics industries, Tristan has worked closely with many of the leading organizations internationally.


Breakout Sessions:

After the keynote speaker presentations, the session breaks into breakout sessions.

The theme for the breakout sessions is Mitigating Risk When Exporting.  Our 20 panellists will share their experiences of best practice before, during and post COVID-19.   Every international market has unique nuances and they will provide advice on steps companies can take to ensure their export activity is strategic and profitable in the following regions: Australia, North America, North Asia, Southeast Asia and UK and Europe.
