Agile software development refers to software development methodologies centred round the idea of iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organising cross-functional teams.

The ultimate value in Agile development is that it enables teams to deliver value faster, with greater quality and predictability, and greater aptitude to respond to change.

Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

This workshop will explore the fundamentals of Agile and some of the opportunities and challenges involved in introducing this approach into an organisation.
